Radicalization on Campus: Protesters Now Admit Armed Violence Is Next

In a chilling interview published by The Worker, a Columbia protest leader made it clear: the pro-Palestinian student movement has crossed a dangerous threshold. What once disguised itself as “peaceful protest” is now openly embracing armed struggle with inspiration drawn directly from terrorist groups.

From their own words:

“Most in the student movement now understand the necessity of armed struggle… We have seen violent resistance proven to be primary again and again.”

They glorify the October 7th massacre — one of the most brutal terrorist attacks in modern history — and openly declare that it was “heroic.” Worse, they state they are applying the lessons of terrorist violence to their campus activism in the United States.

Let’s be crystal clear:
When they say they see the “necessity of armed struggle,” we must believe them.

The Path of Radicalization — and Where It Leads

These protesters are not operating in isolation. They are being radicalized by professors who excuse and romanticize terrorism.
They are building their entire identity around extremism, cutting themselves off from normal life, career paths, and real-world values.
It is a dark, narrow path, and at the end of every radicalization is armed conflict.

They admit it.
They glorify it.
And now, they’re preparing for it.

From the same interview:

“We’ve tried referendums, petitions, and sanctioned rallies. The university does not care. These actions weren’t done in vain… Our experience has shown us the necessity of imposing ourselves on the university to conquer our demands.”

Imposing themselves — not negotiating. Conquering — not collaborating.

This is exactly how tragedy starts.
First, the fantasy of “armed resistance.”
Then the rationalization of violence.
And finally, action.

The Danger Ahead — And the Urgent Need to Act

If university administrators do not take harsh, immediate action, we will see a new wave of violence erupt on our campuses.
And when it happens, we must not pretend to be surprised.

The question we should all be asking is:
Who is behind this?
Who allowed terrorist ideology to fester on American campuses?
Who looked the other way while students were being radicalized?

But beyond the questions, we must act.

Because today’s protesters — standing shoulder to shoulder with open supporters of terrorism — are not safe, and neither are the students around them.
And with their own words now embracing the “necessity of armed struggle,” the use of guns, violence, and bloodshed is no longer a distant threat.
It’s a matter of time.

Protect the students.
Shut down the radicals.
Before it’s too late.
