University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)
The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), founded in 1919, is one of the most prestigious public research institutions in the United States. As part of the University of California system, UCLA has been recognized for its academic excellence, innovation, and global influence. However, since October 7 2023, UCLA has become a hotbed for radical pro-Palestinian activism, rising antisemitism, and hostile campus protests, making it one of the most volatile university environments in the country.
